- Multi-functionality:
This series of ride-on thermoplastic road marking machines adopts a platform-based design. It can be equipped with both gravity-flow feeding + screeding hoppers, suitable for flat lines and vibration lines. By quickly replacing the hopper, operators can easily switch between flat lines and “mountain-shaped” vibration lines. - Ultra-high marking speed:
The globally patented continuous melting kettle (featuring segmented uninterrupted melting, auxiliary heating, and constant circulation feeding) provides dynamic feeding. With continuous material supply during marking, no stoppage is required for refilling, making the construction efficiency 2–3 times that of conventional ride-on marking machines that must stop for feeding. - Excellent marking quality:
Compared with conventional stop-and-feed ride-on marking machines, this model ensures neat ends for broken lines, synchronized marking on both sides, synchronized adjustment of paint and glass beads, bead leakage warning, and constant-speed operation. These proprietary technologies significantly enhance adhesion, straightness, and retroreflectivity. The resulting markings have fewer joints, uniform thickness, and extended service life and retroreflectivity (up to 30% longer). - Quick marking device switching:
Equipped with a sliding control system and quick-change marking device, this machine can perform marking on both left and right sides without the need for reverse driving, ensuring efficient and flexible operation. - Top-mounted glass bead dispenser:
Optional dual glass bead dispensers allow quick switching between left and right spreading, as well as dual-type bead application. - Constant-temperature heating and insulation system:
The machine integrates fuel heating, thermal oil insulation, and an automatic temperature control system. This ensures that the thermoplastic paint remains at an optimal state for marking, guaranteeing consistent line quality. - Follow-up guiding rod system:
Equipped with a guiding rod and steering wheel linkage mechanism, the machine ensures the pointer always aligns with the base line, resulting in smoother and more natural markings. Combined with an extended external seat, alignment is faster and more precise. - Significant reduction in construction management costs:
An optional intelligent monitoring system includes GPS positioning, off-site warning, fault prediction, and construction data management.
